Construction of Azure Phase I is Well Underway
Palm Beach Gardens, FL—The May 18th aerial photograph of Azure Phase I shows significant construction activity since ground was broken April 2nd.
The Phase I building can be seen outlined by steel reinforced concrete columns. Scaffolding defines where concrete will be poured to create the first living level. The entry drives are being widened and paved. The entry drive will include a gatehouse and be finished with paver stones. The entry walls have been constructed and the entry signs will be installed and landscaped over the next few weeks.
Development of the waterfront community of Azure is being led by Thomas Frankel, president of Frankel Enterprises. Past communities include Admiral's Cove, Valencia at Abacoa and San Michele in the Northern Palm Beaches.
Azure's Phase I is scheduled for completion in the Spring/Summer of 2016.
When completed Azure Phase I will include 46 ultra-luxury waterfront condominium residences of up to 3,800 square feet, located on four living areas above a ground level lobby and enclosed parking garage. Phase I includes: a private resort swimming pool, fitness center sundeck with cabanas, paver walkways, and a
spectacular fountain along the edge of the deep water yacht harbor.
