Stephen McLean Named General Manager for the new Azure Community in Palm Beach Gardens

Stephen McLean has been named general manager for Azure, the luxury waterfront community in Palm Beach Gardens. The announcement was made by Thomas Frankel of Frankel Development Company as Azure’s first building is nearing completion and being prepared for the first residents to move-in in October. 

  “Steve’s experience as COO of The Bear’s Club POA, and his previous executive service positions at The Breakers Hotel, PGA National Hotel and Spa, Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Mar-a-Lago Club and the Boca Raton Hotel and Club will serve him well in helping us create an uncompromising standard of service for Azure residents, “ said Frankel. 

Azure, a 14-acre private and gated waterfront community located at Donald Ross Road and the Intracoastal Waterway will include 101 ultra-luxury condominium residences within two, mid-rise “boutique-style” buildings offered with concierge services and a complement of resort amenities overlooking a yacht harbor.  Azure residents will enjoy a 6,000 square foot fitness center, two swimming pools, resident club rooms and a waterside café.  Ground was broken for Azure’s final building last week. 

McLean brings to Azure twenty six years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry.  He will manage Azure’s resort community including: concierge services, facilities and building maintenance, security, landscaping, accounting and resident’s assistance.  “Our mission is simple and clear, says McLean, “To create an environment of exceptional service for Azure residents.”
