Under the direction of Thomas Frankel, architects Glidden and Spina, based in West Palm Beach have designed ultra-luxury "boutique" condos offering contemporary floor plans up to 4,000 square feet, each with breathtaking panoramic waterfront views and waterfront terraces.

Ground Breaking April 2, 2015 - Azure of the Palm Beaches - Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

In a heartfelt speech, during the official ground breaking ceremony for Azure, Thomas Frankel, President of Frankel Enterprises thanked members of the Azure team and evoked the memory of  E.J. Frankel who founded Frankel Enterprises in Philadelphia in 1936, and his sons; Benjamin, William, and Leonard Frankel who expanded the company to South Florida with development of projects such as Rooney Plaza in Miami Beach, and Admirals Cove in Jupiter.
“My father, Uncle Billy and Uncle Ben taught me the real estate business, but more importantly, they taught me the meaning of integrity. I believe one of the reasons Azure has experienced early success is due to the reputation of the Frankel family name."
